In My Gochujang Sauce Period.
Okay, wow. I’m completely hooked on this pleasant, creamy, silky, unbelievable gochujang sauce.
It’s silky and barely creamy, spicy, garlicky (!!), and a bit of tangy and salty from the soy sauce and rice vinegar. I actually simply whispered “oof” outloud as I’m reliving it in my thoughts. It’s so good.
So first, an explainer: gochujang is a pink chile paste that has its roots in Korean cooking! Gochujang may be purchased as a paste (spicier and extra concentrated) or as extra of a desk sauce (normally a bit sweeter and fewer spicy).
